Youth Writer’s Camp. Inc is actively engaging today’s youth with an aim to increase mental and emotional health outcomes. However, we understand that our efforts to positively impact the mental and emotional health of this current generation won’t reach maximum effectiveness unless we have the support of the entire community.

About The Founder

Purpose

We exist to redefine stories and legacy by equipping youth and families to find hope in their narratives. We empower them through shared experiences, creative coping, literacy enrichment, and social-emotional development.

Impact

In a time where so much has been taken away from so many, it is essential that we create spaces to give back to those who need it the most. This generation is one ofthe most creative and intelligent generations ever, yet they are also the least likelyof all generations to report having good or satisfactory mental health, according tothe American Psychological Association. Despite these findings, today’s youth arealready the most creative and entrepreneurial. So, to truly serve them we must both meet them both where they are and provide them with what they need.
